Making a Claim

If you believe a fault is covered by the warranty, please follow these steps: 1. Notify REV promptly after discovering the issue. 2. We may request diagnostic evidence to assess the claim. 3. We must be given a reasonable opportunity to inspect the vehicle before any repairs are carried out. 4. Repairs must not be authorised without our approval where warranty reimbursement is sought. We will assess each claim fairly and respond in a reasonable timeframe. If you disagree with our assessment, you retain your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and may seek independent advice.

Your Statutory Rights

This warranty is additional to your statutory rights and does not replace them. If a vehicle is faulty, you may have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 regardless of the warranty. Nothing in these terms reduces or removes your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or any other applicable UK consumer protection legislation.
